Q&A Bradycardia case

The patient is an 18-year-old female admitted secondary to bradycardia. Provider documentation indicates bradycardia secondary to second-degree malnutrition due to anorexia nervosa. The consultant’s diagnostic impression indicates anorexia nervosa, and bradycardia secondary to malnutrition. How should the diagnoses be sequenced for this admission?

Thanks in advance

Using the AAPC Coder, I came up with this answer:
427.89 - bradycardia
307.1 - anorexia nervosa
263.1 - malnutrition, second-degree
